Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays or non-working days.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, courier operations, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete while placing your order.

MINMAX is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unavailability of the recipient

  • refusal to accept the order

the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the order to us.

In such cases, additional charges may apply.


Damaged Packages During Delivery

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery partner immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
